Add capability statements, past proposals and web pages. BotBid reads them privately in your workspace and suggests company facts and playbook notes, each with the quote and page it came from. You approve what goes into the library.

Helpful inside the lines. Silent outside them.

A code-owned scope gate runs before any AI call. Requests outside bids and your company profile receive one fixed answer, and no model is called. Model output must declare it is in scope, or it is refused.

Questions about Ask BB

Does Ask BB change my data on its own?

No. Anything BB learns arrives as a card. A person with the right to edit the company profile confirms it, or a writer proposes it for later approval.

Can BB see our prices?

No. Price tables are never read by the chat, and prices are removed from every AI request before it leaves BotBid.

What happens if someone asks BB something off topic?

BB replies with one fixed sentence and calls no AI model. Three refusals in a row close the conversation.

Is our content used to train AI models?

BotBid only routes customer data to AI providers on paid terms that do not train on it, and never to free-tier models.
