Questions about the Radar

Where do the bids come from?

From public bid sources BotBid watches nightly (federal, state, county, city, school and cooperative listings) and from bid invitations that reach your own bid mailboxes.

Does a high fit score mean we qualify?

No. Fit is a screening signal. The can-you-bid checks show what is met, missing or unknown, and the solicitation always governs.

Can we search old or closed bids?

Yes. Filters include closed bids, and award history feeds the Advisor and pricing research.

How many bids can we track?

Watch lists, coverage and active plans are set per plan. We size them with you during onboarding.

Give bidding a department.
