Solutions

The price, the signature,
the paper trail. Yours.

Price approvals with an optional second approver, signers with their own rules, insurance and license expiry dates, and proof of every hand-in, all on the record.

The jobs you own

Where BotBid helps contracts, compliance and finance.

Approve the price

Each bid has a worksheet with cost lines and scenarios A, B and C, plus research on comparable awards. A person with price rights approves; a second approval can be required.

  • Approve, approve again, withdraw
  • Every approval recorded
  • Prices are never sent to the AI

Control who signs

The Owner gives and takes signer rights. Each signer keeps their own signing rules. Documents are signed in ink with a printed packet, or digitally in one press.

  • A fingerprint of the document at signing
  • Notary and witness marked when needed
  • A signature log per signer

Stay compliant

Licenses, insurance, bonding and certifications live in the company profile with exact expiry dates. BotBid reminds you before one lapses.

  • Company files with storage and history
  • Card history: who changed what and when
  • Must-haves met with evidence

Prove the hand-in

Pre-flight checks the package; the Ready lock holds until it passes. Only people with submit rights hand in, and the receipt is kept as proof.

  • Outcomes and the scoreboard
  • Proof attached to the plan
  • Nothing submitted by BotBid itself

Questions from contracts, compliance and finance

Can we require two approvals on every price?

Yes. Owners and Admins set the approval settings, including a second approval. Each approval is recorded with the person and time.

Does BotBid sign for us?

No. BotBid never signs and never hands a bid in. It prepares the documents, tracks signers and keeps the proof.

Who can see portal passwords?

Only people with the reveal right, after a step-up check. Every reveal is logged. Saving a login does not expose the secret to anyone else.
