These terms are the agreement between your company and BotBid for using the BotBid platform. You own your data, a person at your company approves every price, signature and submission, and BotBid does not promise that any bid will be accepted or awarded. Our liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before a claim.

You sign this agreement before you see the private BotBid demo. You agree to keep what you see confidential, to use it only to evaluate BotBid for your own company, and not to copy, record or share it. The demo logs how you use it, and your typed name and checkbox count as your signature.
