BotBid is in early access and plans are sized to each team’s volume. We share pricing during your demo and confirm it in writing.
Are limits unlimited?
No. Coverage, active plans, AI work and team size are set per plan. Your written terms state them.
Can we change plans later?
Yes. Plans can change as your pipeline grows. Timing and terms are set in your agreement.
Which features are coming rather than available today?
Unibox shared email, multiple client workspaces with per-client branding, and single sign-on are on the roadmap and marked Coming. Everything else listed is in the product today.
Do the human gates differ by plan?
No. Price, signature and submission approvals work the same way on every plan.
