New: Ask BB. A bid assistant that only does bids, and asks before it saves. See it work
Solutions

Every requirement answered.
Every change caught.

Plans that work back from the real deadline, a requirements check tied to the source pages, a writer that drafts from approved facts, and a pre-flight check before anything leaves.

The jobs you own

Where BotBid helps proposal managers and writers.

Run the schedule

Choosing Bid builds a plan: steps by phase, who does each, the act-by date, and why a step is locked. A Timeline view shows it by day.

  • Do next across every live bid
  • At-risk and buyer-change tabs
  • Proof attached to each step

Own the requirements

BotBid fetches the documents and lists requirements by category with the page they came from. Each stays "suggested, unverified" until a person confirms it.

  • Must or should, owner and status
  • Met by a company fact in one click
  • A requirements check that blocks hand-in until it is done or waived

Keep up with the buyer

The addendum watch compares versions, lists what changed and every date that would move, and asks before changing your plan.

  • Questions tracked to the question deadline
  • Answers filed with the document and page
  • Addenda to acknowledge, listed

Write in the buyer’s order

Lay out sections in the buyer’s outline, write, compare versions, comment, assign and approve. Ask for an AI draft and read it as tracked changes.

  • Drafts use approved company facts only
  • Prices never go to the AI
  • The writer check lists what still holds hand-in

Questions from proposal managers and writers

Can we turn the AI drafts off?

Yes. AI drafts are an Owner-level switch. With it off, the writer works as a structured editor with versions, comments and approvals.

What does the requirements check do?

It lists every requirement BotBid found, with its source page. Until each must-have is met or the check is waived with a reason, the hand-in step stays locked.

Does BotBid fill in buyer forms?

Forms can be filled from approved company facts. A person confirms each field or marks it not applicable.

Beyond proposal managers and writers

Give bidding a department.

  • A person at BotBid reviews every request and walks you through.
  • Sample data only: fictional companies, bids and people.
  • Price, signatures and submissions always stay with your team.
